The Career Planning Milestones is the second embedded Transformative Learning Experience. To “Complete Your Journey:” Career Planning Milestones, students need to meet the Career Planning Milestones for each year (see info graphic below). The Career Center will track students’ completion of career planning activities.
Evaluation Plan and measures: Completion & Comparison with previous years
KPIs: # of students completing the milestones
Baseline measure (for each KPI): previous year’s completion rate
Current/most recent data (for each KPI): 989 (2022-2023)
Goal or targets (for each KPI): Increase participation in career milestones
The milestones were revised in 2021 and we are still monitoring these changes
Track the milestones for one more year, and then evaluate the baseline of these milestones
